For college students

Intro Bio, taught the way it should have been.

A tutor that meets you where you actually are, drills exactly what you are weak on, and gets you exam-ready without the all-nighter.

Why it works

What it does that rereading the slides does not

It finds the gap instead of asking you to name it

You usually cannot tell which idea is missing - that is what being confused feels like. A spoken warm-up locates it, then the session is built around it.

No blank page, no prompt to write

Open it and it is already teaching the next thing you need. The cost of starting is what kills a study session at 10pm, and there isn't one.

Explaining it out loud is the fastest way to find out you can't

You can reread a chapter and feel fine. Saying it in your own words, graded against a rubric, is the difference between recognising the words and knowing the idea.

It remembers every session

Come back after four days and it opens with what you got wrong, not with a greeting. Nothing is re-explained that you already have.

Paced to your exam date

Tell it when the midterm is and the plan works backwards from it, including how much review it can afford to fit in.

Costs nothing during the beta

It is free while we're running the beta, which is less than an hour of human tutoring by a wide margin.

Two weeks to an exam

How to use it before a midterm

  1. Two weeks out: find out what is actually missing

A warm-up across the unit, then sessions aimed at the ideas you could not explain rather than the ones you felt shaky about.

  2. The week before: explain and draw

Teach-back on every concept, plus drawing the things that have a shape - cycles, structures, graphs - which are the questions people lose marks on.

  3. The night before: review, not cramming

The review queue already knows which ideas are closest to being forgotten. That is the list worth spending an evening on.

Being straight with you

What it does not do yet

Introductory biology is the course that is properly built - it shares its concept library with AP Biology, pitched at college depth. Other subjects are being authored. It will not do your problem sets for you, and it does not check written work step by step as you write it.
